Curtain Call (App Store listing name: Your Curtain Call)
Last updated: 2026-07-24
Agreement
By using Curtain Call you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Curtain Call helps you track TV shows and movies on your device. Catalog metadata comes from external providers such as TMDB (via credentials you supply when per-user API connections are enabled, or via a build-time catalog credential when they are not). Optional features may connect to media servers and automation tools you configure yourself.
The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless you have a separate written agreement with the developer.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the credentials, servers, and third-party accounts you connect; for complying with those providers’ terms; and for any content or actions performed through those connections.
You must not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt services you connect to, or use Curtain Call in violation of applicable law.
Third-party services
TMDB, JustWatch, Jellyfin, Plex, Sonarr, Radarr, Apple, Google, Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config), and other third parties are independent of Curtain Call. Their availability, accuracy, and policies are outside our control. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.
By using Curtain Call you acknowledge that diagnostic and usage data described in the Privacy Policy may be processed by Google Firebase as part of operating and improving the app.
No warranty
Curtain Call is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that metadata, sync, notifications, backups, or third-party integrations will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app or connected services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Data and backups
You are responsible for exporting or backing up data you care about. Resetting data, uninstalling the app, or device failure may permanently remove local information. Cloud backup depends on your Apple or Google account and is not a live sync service.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms in app updates. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We may discontinue features or the app; you may stop using Curtain Call at any time and delete local data via the app’s Settings or by uninstalling.
